At Karavan Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Karavan tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
